PAYMENT

Once you have decided on a package or shoot option we set a date and I request 25% of the package fee or $150 whichever is greater. This fee is non refundable. It secures your booking and all other inquires are declined for that time. Your deposit is non refundable but will can be rescheduled with a 48 hour notice due to illness or unforeseen circumstances including weather.

Full payment is required on the day of the shoot you can pay by check ,credit card or my favorite cash

If paying by credit card there is a 3% charge added to the outstanding amount.

All images are delivered via email or dropbox will not have a CA sales tax. How ever physical prints or a dvd will have an added sales tax to the total amount.

REQUIREMENTS ON SHOOT DAY

My shoots are always fun and inviting. My favorite part of a shoot is getting to know my clients and pulling their inner beauty out and letting it shine.

I always ask that you bring clothing options that have no logos and are clean and ready to wear. Meaning no ironing requirements or spot staining. If so this comes out of our shooting and fun creative time.

If we are shooting Maternity portraiture I ask for you to come wearing loose fitting comfortable clothes so that you do not have any markings from bra straps or underwear.

WORKFLOW

After our shoot date my real work begins. My years of workshops creative classes and photoshop skills come into play. It is a misconception that a photographer purely presses a button to create an image. Nowadays we spend hours uploading the several hundred images shot, then edit followed by carefully choosing the best images working on com-positioning and color correction. i individually go over the images while maintaining a even fluidity to the edited selection to keep a similar feel, telling a story with in the shoot itself. I then walk away from the computer and let the images sit for a day or two before I go back in and double check with a fresh pair of eyes that I havent missed anything. I then go over the images again in more detail carefully adding or deleting more to give the final result a smooth and effortless feel. An online password protected gallery is then sent out with in 14 days of the shoot to the client, I ask for more days if it is a large job. The 14 days viewing starts on the day the images are opened by the client.
Images can be purchased directly from the site and shared by friends and family directly to purchase too.

WHEN CAN I VIEW MY IMAGES?

Images will be available to view approximately 2 weeks after the shoot date and will be emailed to you with a password protected gallery. Once the images are uploaded the gallery is there for viewing for 14 days unless we have discussed prior. During this time you can select the images you would like to order either as prints of high res files digital downloads.

COPYRIGHT

All the images taken during the session will be copyrighted by SamFielding and are protected by Federal law. It is therefore unlawful to reproduce the work of bellachistudios in any manner, without written consent. We at bellachistudios have final say over the look and feel of our clients images unless discussed prior the shoot and written into the contract.
We ask the you do not copy or scan any of the images taken by bellachistudios as it is illegal.
We are happy for you to share your images on facebook and or any other social media as long as the copyright on the image is not cropped or distorted in any way shape or form.
All clients are required to agree to these terms and conditions.

Any images copied or printed from this website are violations of copyright laws.

MODEL RELEASE

I ask all of my clients to sign a model release prior to our shoot so that selected final images my be used for marketing purposes e.g website, business cards and fackbook for bellachistudios and or samfielding photogrpahy

IF I SHOOT AS A MODEL WHAT DO i GET FOR MY TIME?

If we discuss having you shoot as a model for me then I will give you one image from the shoot in the form of a 11x14 inch print. Or a internet resolution image for your website or any online media. The reason for this is it might be used for a fine art image and I will need to keep high res from being shared for the protection of the art work. If you want more than one image then I will be happy to give you a friends and family discount on other images. Please ask for the friends and family discounted price list and I will send you a PDF.
